We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has started their journey in technical hiring and wants to build a strong foundation in the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of IT roles across multiple clients.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements for various technical positions

- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases

- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates�� technical and soft skills

- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups

- Maintain candidate data in the recruitment tracking system

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals

- Ensure timely closures of positions and meet hiring targets

🎯 Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Bachelor��s degree in any discipline (HR preferred)
