Job Description

The International Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating and managing loan business from international clients—individuals, SMEs, or corporates. This role involves cross-border sales of financial loan products such as personal loans, mortgages, business loans, or trade finance products, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, client acquisition, and revenue growth in global markets.

Identify and engage with high-potential clients through digital channels, partnerships, and international business networks.

Conduct needs assessments and offer customized loan solutions aligned with client requirements and regional regulations.

Build and maintain relationships with expatriate communities, international corporates, or offshore investors.

Guide clients through documentation and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to international banking laws (., KYC, AML).

Collaborate with internal credit, legal, and risk teams to process applications and ensure accurate disbursal.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly international sales targets.

Track competitor offerings, global lending trends, and country-specific legal frameworks to remain competitive.
