- Responsible for overall monitoring of site execution, management, planning, quality check, cost management, interaction with vendors, contractors, labour-management and knowledge of all site work like painting, flooring, plastering, brickwork, wooden work, glasswork, electrical work and other related work to ensure implementation of all project plans and schedule, manpower, material management, daily/weekly reporting, work under pressure and time management.
- Need to understand and read the drawings.
- Execution of Interior Work According to Approved Drawing.
- Labour, supplier, contractor & office coordination.
- Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings
