Interior Designer Cum Architect (full Time)

conceptual design & development:

lead the conceptualization and development of comprehensive design schemes for a range of projects (., residential, commercial, retail, hospitality), integrating architectural design principles with interior design elements to create cohesive and harmonious spaces.

develop detailed design presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and 3d visualizations to effectively communicate design intent to clients.

prepare and finalize architectural plans, interior layouts, furniture layouts, electrical and plumbing layouts, and custom millwork details.

project management & coordination:

manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial client brief through conceptual design, detailed design, tender documentation, and site execution.

develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.

coordinate seamlessly with structural, mep (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), landscape, and other consultants to integrate services into the overall design.

source and specify high-quality materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (ff&e) from reputable vendors, including those local to nashik and beyond.

technical documentation & compliance:

prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and comprehensive tender documents, specifications, and boqs (bill of quantities).

ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards applicable in nashik and maharashtra.

oversee the quality and accuracy of drawings and documentation produced by the design team.

client & stakeholder relations:

cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, thoroughly understanding their needs, preferences, and providing expert design guidance.

present design concepts and proposals to clients, effectively incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity and professional standards.

act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing queries and providing updates.

site supervision & quality control:

conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and resolve on-site design-related issues.

coordinate with contractors, vendors, and fabricators during the tender and execution phases to ensure design intent is accurately translated on-site.

team leadership & mentorship (for senior roles):

provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior designers and architects, fostering their professional growth.

lead design review meetings and promote a collaborative and creative team environment.

continuous learning & innovation:

stay abreast of the latest interior design and architectural trends, sustainable building practices, materials, and technologies.

proactively explore innovative design solutions and integrate them into projects.
