JOB DESCRIPTION

Human Resources Business Responsibilities: -

1. Recruitment as per the requirement of human resources as per the department of the company.

2. Find resume as per requirement from the company's portal (Job, Indid, Monster, Times of India).

3. Sorting, grading whatever resume the company has discovered through the portal as well as print media,

electronic media.

4. Calling an interviewer / candidate for an interview with a resume sorting grading whatever company has the infrastructure.

5. To interview the employer / candidate approved by the top management in the company.

6. To supervise the employer / candidate approved by the top management in the company.

7. Training of Employees / Candidates approved by Top Management in the Company.

8. Assign the job to an employer / candidate approved by the top management in the company.

9. Analysing Employee / Candidate Performance Approved by Top Management in a Company

mise the employer / candidate approved by the top management in the company.

11. To give promotion / increment / bonus etc. to the employer / candidate approved by the top management in the company.
