Determining staffing needs

Drafting and posting job descriptions

Screening resumes

Conducting interviews with candidate

Designing and implementing recruiting system

Handling administration and record keeping

Developing own network of suitable candidates

Drafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Prepare email drafts and templates

Other assigned tasks and projects

Requirements:

Effective communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs

Work effectively both independently and as a team

Good understanding of HR terms and policies

Knowledge of Digital Marketing
