The roles and responsibilities include :

1. Creation of job descriptions.

2. Co-ordinating and conducting interviews.

3. Conducting reference and back ground checks.

4. Drafting offer letters.

5. Managing the hiring process, on-boarding process for new employees.

6. Getting the confirmation mails and following up with the HR head.

Job description:

1. The work will be completely based on work from home.

2. The internship will be for 4 months.

3. Eligibility: Anyone with good communication and management skills can apply.

4. Perks include :

a.) A Joining letter.

b.) Certificate of completion of the internship.

c.) Letter of recommendation on the basis of the individual's performance.

d.) Recruitment opportunity based on the performance.

5. Certificate of completion will be given only after the successful completion of 4 months.

6. Dropping out during the internship will not be appreciated.

Note: The internship is for 4 months and it is an unpaid internship. A certificate and letter of recommendation for outstanding performance will be provided after the completion of the internship.
