Job Description

we are looking for a dynamic and experienced hospital administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing 20+ bed multispeciality hospital.

key responsibilities:

oversee hospital operations, administration, and staff management

ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards

implement efficient systems for patient care, billing, and insurance coordination

drive growth by improving patient experience and service quality

manage budgets, vendor relationships, and hospital resources effectively

requirements:

bachelors or masters degree in hospital administration / healthcare management

minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital administration (multispeciality preferred)

strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

experience in tpa/insurance empanelment and nabh accreditation will be an advantage
