Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovative Concept Designs,

Lead the development of innovative and cutting-edge architectural concepts for large-scale apartment projects, focusing on distinctive and visually striking elevations.

Collaborate with the design team to create design solutions merge functionality with aesthetic appeal.

2. Project Coordination and Management:

Oversee the architectural aspects of large-scale apartment construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Coordinate effectively with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.

3. Site Visits and Execution coordination:

Conduct regular site visits to ensure the precise execution of design concepts and to monitor construction progress.

Collaborate closely with the construction team to address design-related issues, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site challenges.

4. Team Recruitment and Training:

Recruit, hire, and onboard talented architects and design professionals with expertise in large-scale projects.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the architectural team.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

5. Team Management:

Lead and inspire the architectural team, fostering a collaborative, creative, and high-performance work environment.

Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor progress to achieve project goals.

Promote effective communication and teamwork within the team.

6. Client Interaction:

Establish and maintain strong communication with clients to understand their project objectives and preferences.

Present design concepts and project updates to clients, incorporating their feedback as necessary.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

Stay current with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards to ensure project
