Job Description

1. check passengers' passports and tickets to ensure they are valid and accurate

2. assist passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling

3. provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

4. perform data entry tasks to update passenger information and process ticketing transactions

5. assist with back-office duties such as filing paperwork and organizing records

6. coordinate with other airline staff to ensure smooth operations at the airport
