The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of gardening techniques, including knowledge of flowers, pesticides, seeds, and other horticultural practices. Responsibilities
Maintain and care for school gardens, including planting, watering, pruning, and weeding.
Monitor plant health and apply appropriate pesticides and fertilizers as needed.
Identify and address pest and disease issues affecting plants.
Propagate and cultivate plants from seeds, cuttings, or divisions.
Assist in the design and layout of garden beds and landscaping features.
Keep garden tools and equipment clean and in good working condition.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the school grounds.
Qualifications
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in Hindi language.
Knowledge of gardening techniques, including plant care, propagation, and pest management.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is desirable but not required.
