About the OpportunityA leading digital transformation company is looking to onboard seasoned Java Developers to strengthen their onsite engineering team in Coimbatore. The organization serves clients across sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, education, and manufacturing, delivering scalable, modern software solutions.

Role SummaryThis is a hands-on engineering role focused on backend and full-stack development using modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in building microservices, integrating Kafka, and working with Angular on the frontend (preferred). This position offers exposure to enterprise-grade projects and close collaboration with product and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust Java applications for enterprise use

Build REST APIs with Spring Boot and secure them using JWT and Spring Security

Implement microservices and Kafka-based messaging systems

Develop UI components using Angular (preferred but not mandatory)

Translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions

Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration) and debugging

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery milestones

Document technical specifications and maintain clean codebases

Mandatory Skills

Java 8/11

Spring Boot, Spring JPA

RESTful API design and security (JWT, Spring Security)

Microservices architecture

Kafka integration

SQL/PostgreSQL

Angular (for full-stack scope)

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

Hands-on experience with Agile software development

Distributed systems knowledge

Exposure to CI/CD tools and logging platforms like Splunk
