Should be able to perform documentation and design workflow according to requirements

Should have versatile domain/industry knowledge, how different industry functions like Academic, Healthcare, Hospitality, etc.

Good verbal & written communication (English) skills

Strong experience with PHP - Laravel frameworks

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Strong Understanding of SQL/MySQL databases and their declarative query languages

Understanding of web and application security (OWASP)

Collaborate with a team of full-stack and front-end developers to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and websites.

Write clean, secure, test driven, easily maintainable and modular codes.
