Front Office Executive (Night Duty)

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome

Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries

Check guests in and out of the hotel

Manage reservations and bookings

Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
