Their role involves the following responsibilities:

Identifying and developing client business/relationships

Generating revenue on hiring assignments

Conducting market mapping and sourcing highly-relevant candidates through job advertising, job portals, social media, and headhunting & referral networks.

Assessing and presenting candidates to clients

Offer management -- negotiating salary packages and engaging candidates during onboarding stage

Conducting industry & market analysis, talent mapping and advising clients based on subject matter expertise
