who we are:

stimulus consulting (bangalore) an hr consulting & training organization, delivering high-quality corporate learning interventions across india since 1997. while our trainers previously travelled nationwide for in-person sessions, post-pandemic client preferences have shifted toward regional/local trainers.

who we��re looking for:

minimum 10 years of corporate experience before transitioning into freelance training.

at least 5 years of freelancing experience in corporate training.

expertise in delivering training on topics like:

�� interpersonal skills

�� conflict management

�� presentation skills

�� first-time managers

�� campus to corporate

�� leadership development

�� selling skills

�� customer centricity

�� individual effectiveness

�� negotiation & influencing

�� team building & collaboration

preferred locations:

chennai, hyderabad, pune, mumbai, nashik, delhi, kolkata, gurugram, vadodara, noida, ahmedabad. (trainers with multiple base locations will have an added advantage.)

note: trainers will be responsible for their own local conveyance and accommodation expenses.
