Job Description

Responsibilities for Account Officer/Finance Manager

 Maintain Accounting system. Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for

all financial statements and company documents.

 Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information

 Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.

 Review and process both Accounts payable and Accounts receivable

 Utilize database software to organize financial account information

 Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources

 Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment

 Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary

 Dealing with banks and preparing, handling and submitting documentation required by

Banks.

 Dealing with work related to ROC and etc.

 Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities

 Fulfilling and responsible for statutory compliances. Preparing and submitting within

stipulated deadlines.

 Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business

and company goals. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based

on financial research Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice

how the company and future business decisions might be impacted

 Analyses and Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account

receivables, expenses, P&L, Cash flows , balance sheets etc.

 Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk.

 Sound knowledge of Export and Import documentation and accounting.
