We're seeking an experienced Service Engineer to provide technical support and service to our customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our pumps and related equipment. You'll conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance and repairs, while developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers on pump-related issues.

2. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess pump installations, perform maintenance, and repairs.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including pumps, spare parts, and accessories.

4. Training and Documentation: Provide training to customers and internal teams on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Document service activities, including reports and records.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Technical Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. Pump Industry Experience: Proven experience in pump maintenance, repair, and operation.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
