We are urgently hiring for Fresher or Experienced candidates for the position of Collection Officer for Finance Industry at the following locations:

1. Sriperumbudur

2. Kadapakkam

3. Chengalpattu

4. Arakkonam

Requirements:

1) Candidate's should belong from Micro finance industry and other Industry Exp also Eligible

2) Minimum 1 years experience in the same industry with proper documents Preferable and also Fresher

3) Two wheeler & Driving Licence Must

4) Maximum limit is 20 KM from the branch location.

5) Candidate Salary will be paid up to to + Incentives /PM.

6) Looking for IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Duties and responsibilities of the Candidates :

1. Starting business in a new village

a. Village identification within the radius

b. Feasibility study of the village based on demographics, activities and financial needs of the customers

c. Assist the MC-IC in making the village approval

2. Sourcing of business

a. Identification of customers and forming of Joint Liability Groups

b. Filling up of the application form

c. Verification of the residence and business of the customer

d. KYC verification

e. Pre-disbursement training

f. Visiting potential customers in order to develop business

3. Disbursements

a. Collection of KYC documents

b. Assisting the MC-IC for disbursement activity completion
