the farm manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the poultry farm operation. this includes but is not limited to managing the daily operations of the farm, implementing and monitoring farm production systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines, managing farm staff, overseeing animal health and welfare, and maintaining accurate records.
