prepare post shipment documents of dp, lc & tt

application for certification of certificate of origin-dgft,memon chamber, preparation of acd, bl instruction. intimation forfumigation certificate / insurance certificate. follow-up with cha/forwarder for etd, eta, bill of lading & checking freight bill. checking bl draft.

processing of documents to customer & bank

maintaining shipment details on excel & windows base program-erp

& manual register

preparing brc & finalizing turnover (ca certificate-fob)

checking & resolving lc related issues

making invoice

cordination for payment
