Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the MD's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and ensuring timely reminders.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings attended by the MD.

Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Project Assistance: Assist in various projects as assigned by the MD, which may involve research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.

Office Management: Oversee the smooth running of the MD's office, including ordering supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and managing petty cash.
