POSITION PURPOSE

To provide professional and quality unbiased counseling service.

To ensure updating database and reporting to senior management.

Follow and achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.

To ensure training on new process, University updates and Course information.

To plan leaves and absences in advance and report to Manager.

To place all student application related issues and queries to the right person/branch.

Ensure that all audit/application related issues are brought to a close.

Follow-up with all internal customer queries on a timely basis; collaborate with internal teams.

Responsible for reconciliation of all files, documents and fees etc. are meeting all Application requirements.

Follow shared checklists and forms regarding Application/ SOP requirements.

Maintain 100% client satisfaction and achieve positive review of client experience

Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes. Be a productive and effective member of office team.

Excellent problem resolution skills and logical thinking.

Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multitask and cope with changing priorities.

Enthusiastic, focused, self-disciplined, believes in integrity and honest work.

Knowledge of country specific education and admission processes will be an advantage.

Quick learner with respect to tools and processes; Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.

Excellent Time Management Skills

Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines

Fluent in English - written and verbal
