1-Uploading new products on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, etc & doing regular audits to ensure the correct listing is live on the platform.

2-Preparation of product catalog, monthly reports & analysis about the progress of the platforms.

3-Assist in day to day management of strategy, implementation monitoring.

4-Managing backend and performing activities like order management, inventory management, catalog management.

5-Create & manage individual and bulk listings.

6-Handle customer queries regarding orders placed, returns, and service, warranty related issues.
