Job Description

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Bitumix India's product offerings, including bitumen and construction chemicals.

- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on product applications and benefits.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvement.

- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

- Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to network with potential clients.

- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
