• Manage incoming calls from Clients and Careers ensuring service is delivered within the required
time frames
• Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, if applicable.
• Helping customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Collecting and documenting customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to share with
relevant departments for product or service improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with product/service updates and industry trends to provide the best
possible support.
• Ensure that a full understanding of the client's needs are obtained and used as a key driver to
