DESCRIPTION

We are Hiring in Reputed Multispeciality Hospital for the Position: Head of Critical Care (ICU)

📍 Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

🔍 Overview:

Lead a 12+ bed closed ICU with full responsibility for clinical and administrative operations. Direct patient care is managed exclusively by the in-house critical care team.

👥 Team:

4 junior doctors (BAMS/MBBS)

Dedicated ICU nurses & paramedics

⏰ Working Hours:

8 AM – 5 PM (with additional duties as needed)

Evening & emergency rounds compensated separately

💰 Compensation:

Minimum Assured Salary: ₹36- 50 LPA

Performance Bonus: Based on ICU revenue

Emergency transport provided (up to 20 km)

After-hours OPD under hospital branding (no procedures)
