Job Description

Under the guidelines of superior carry out the daily mis-en place, is responsible for preparing the daily orders in the kitchen & carries out the day to day functions in the kitchen

To abide by the Mission statement.

To abide by the values and rules of the hotel.

Ensure proper and clean attire & uniforms.

Check all norms laid down by the department for personal hygiene.

Ensure mis-enplace has been done before the next shift has comes in.

To take decisions on certain work operations in the absence of his Senior.

Ensure cleanliness of the work area and storage places.

Co-ordinate with co-workers to facilitate smooth workflow of kitchen operations.

Preparing daily guest orders and other functions as required by the various kitchens
