key responsibilities.....................

• supervise all civil work at construction site

• prepare and verify boqs, estimates, and bar bending schedules

• ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality & safety standards

• coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site workers

• prepare daily progress reports (dpr) and maintain proper documentation

• conduct layout, leveling, and surveying as required

• manage material usage and prevent wastage

• monitor project timelines and assist in planning and execution

• proficient in autocad, ms excel, and quantity estimation

• strong understanding of construction drawings and is codes

• practical knowledge of building materials and site activities

• team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• knowledge of billing, measurements, and contractor management
