Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter or exit the restaurant.

Handle customer orders and process bills using POS systems.

Accurately handle cash, card, and UPI transactions.

Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed.

Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order processing.

Resolve billing queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area.

Follow restaurant policies and standards related to hygiene, safety, and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 8, - 15, per month
