Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

Identify and acquire new customers (individuals & businesses)

Promote banking products like savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment plans

Achieve branch sales targets

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Provide personalized banking solutions

Address customer queries and improve satisfaction

3. Branch Operations Support

Assist in day-to-day branch activities

Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations

4. Market Research & Strategy

Analyze local market trends and customer needs

Develop strategies to attract new clients

Organize promotional events and campaign
