achieve branch sales targets

build and maintain strong relationships with customers

provide personalized banking solutions

address customer queries and improve satisfaction

3. branch operations support

assist in day-to-day branch activities

ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations

4. market research & strategy

analyze local market trends and customer needs

develop strategies to attract new clients

organize promotional events and campaign
