3 to 6 years in sales / business development role in usa market in kpo /bpo (in healthcare – rcm, bfsi-mortgage services, civil engineering, supply chain management)
• to manage the overall sales activities for generating new customers
• should be capable to drive and manage sales opportunities through regular sales reviews and opportunity management process
• ability to communicate (written and verbal) & influence at all levels
• research, fix appointments and pitch new clients
• up sell to existing clients, lead management - create, manage and execute
• responsible for revenue generation through new account developments
• achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
• generating new leads, identify, qualify interested prospects, arrange sales appointments and close opportunities
• effectively meeting assigned performance factors including the number of outbound calls, email blasts, and pipeline management, service level mix and close ratio.
• identify and nurture relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, in-person meetings or other communication
