responsibilities:

• monitoring proper field visits and branch responsibilities.

• ensuring target achievements of branch on monthly basis.

• assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

• locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

• assessing branch staff quality and reducing attrition.

• ensuring timely collection of returns and visit the defaulted jlgs for overdue collection.

• assist and coordinate branch audit and adhering compliance.

requirements:

• qualification: graduate/mba

• experience- at least 3 years of experience in mfi/nbfc (multiple loan product exposure) into team handling role.

• age - 23-35 years

• open for extensive traveling

• should have own conveyance.
