Job Post: Estimation Billing Engineer for ROAD and BUILDING (Infrastructure)

Job Specifications: This position is responsible for:

- Preparing routine estimates and bills of work done at construction site. Gathering, calculating

and compiling data for making estimates and bills.

- Keeping yourself up to date with the latest material Standards in Construction.

- Utilizing and being proficient with computer software programs.

- Demonstrating role model behaviours on ethics and integrity throughout your employment.

- Technically sound knowledge of field.

Qualifications:

- Civil Engineering Graduate (Minimum qualification . / Diploma (Civil) candidates

that have undertaken Quantity Surveying course, extra preference to ME Civil) Has to

have strong foundation of technical knowledge and immense practical experience in

construction industry.

- Knowledge and capabilities to execute EPC, Turn-Key, Item Rate contract. (Execution of

an EPC for building and road project is a must)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating and billing.

- Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel and

Outlook), Microsoft Project, Auto CAD & ERP software.

- Proficient in calculations, Rate Analysis, Budgeting, preparing tender estimate

Reconciliation.

- Strong work ethic. Effective oral and written communication skills in the English and Hindi

language Marathi is welcome too.

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter who can

work well with minimal guidance & in a fluid environment. Have ability to deliver results while

working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timing & quality of outcomes.

- Excellent teamwork ability. High standards of quality and integrity. Eagerness to contribute in

a team-oriented environment. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving

environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral)
