Job Description

Dunes Academy School seeks a dedicated Basketball Coach with strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of coaching experience and a playing background of at least 3 years. Responsibilities include coaching K-12 school students during evening sessions and managing day-to-day activities and discipline of school students during the daytime.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct basketball coaching sessions for K-12 school students, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Create and implement tailored training programs based on students' skill levels.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to nurture students' passion for basketball.

Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.

Organize inter-school and intra-school basketball tournaments and matches.

Supervise and maintain discipline among school students during school hours.

Collaborate with the school's sports academy to enhance the overall sports culture.

Assist in selecting and procuring basketball equipment and resources.

Ensure the safety and well-being of students during basketball sessions and school hours.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field (B. preferred).

Minimum 2 years of basketball coaching experience.

Playing experience of a minimum of 3 years.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with K-12 students and promoting sportsmanship.

Willingness to relocate to Tehsil Aau, District Phalodi, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
