Job Overview:

The Level 1 Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst is responsible for supporting the lifecycle management of IT hardware assets across the organization. This role involves assisting with procurement tracking, inventory control, asset data entry, and compliance reporting to ensure accurate asset records in the Repository.

Core Responsibilities:

�� Maintain and update hardware asset records in the management system.

�� Assist in the assignment and delivery of hardware to employees.

�� Support returns, reassignment, and secure disposal of IT assets.

�� Conduct physical inventory audits and ensure proper tracking.

�� Oversee the movement and tracking of hardware assets.

�� Follow safety and compliance guidelines for hardware disposal.

�� Work closely with IT and other departments for asset management coordination.

�� Prepare reports on asset status and inventory levels.

�� Follow lifecycle management processes to maintain accurate asset tracking.

�� Report any issues or discrepancies to the Asset Manager.
