the candidate should have good hands on c#, windows application development (wpf technology), sql server database with the total experience of 2- years in mentioned technology as mandatory. candidate worked on mvc will be an added advantage. the candidate should have good communication skill and should be a good team member/technical leader.

also, you may first screen the candidate based on below questions. mandatory one should be there in candidate.

mandatory criteria

1. have you worked on at least 3 projects or a duration of 3 years in c#, windows application (wcf).

2. have you worked on at least 3 projects or a duration of 3 years where the backend database is ms sql server?

3. would you be able to handle the full project on your own?

4. candidate should have good english speaking & communication skill.
