Android Developer

Responsibilities

● Understand problem statement from user perspective, develop a structured approach

to problem resolution

● Breaking down problem statements in tasks/subtasks and logging them in the project

management tool.

● Develop the solution in native android app

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

● Understand the complete information flow from server and accordingly develop and

maintain the code

● Monitor your published code to make sure everything is working smoothly along with

QA team

● Brainstorming on improving product functionality

● Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

● Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize

development efficiency

Requirements (Skills)

● Proven software development experience and Android skills development

● Proven working experience in Android app development using Java preferable

● Good knowledge of OOPS concepts and their implementation

● Experience with Android SDKs, Firebase integration, Google Maps Integration

● Working knowledge of RDBMS (SQLite, SQL server preferable)

● Experience working with remote data via JSON, CSV format

● Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, Services, Handlers etc.

● Working Knowledge of Github

● Development for all screen sizes and resolution

● Understand SCRUM and Agile methodologies of development

● Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and

emerging technologies

● Solid understanding of the full mobile app development life cycle
