1. assist with aircraft arrivals and departures: ensure smooth operations of aircraft on the ramp, coordinating with ground staff and other departments.
2. manage baggage handling: supervise the loading and unloading of luggage onto/off of aircraft, ensuring proper handling and safety.
3. conduct safety inspections: inspect the ramp area for any hazards or potential safety risks, taking necessary precautions to maintain a safe working environment.
4. coordinate with airport authorities: communicate effectively with airport authorities and air traffic control to ensure seamless operations on the ramp.
5. provide customer service: assist passengers with any inquiries or issues they may have while on the ramp, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
