2. baggage handling: ensure that passengers' luggage is properly tagged, loaded onto the correct aircraft, and delivered to the appropriate carousel upon arrival.
3. security checks: conduct security screenings of passengers and their luggage to ensure compliance with airline safety regulations.
4. customer service: address passenger inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
5. aircraft marshalling: assist in directing aircraft to and from parking positions on the tarmac.
6. cleaning and maintenance: keep the terminal and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for passengers and staff.
