key responsibilities:

1. assist passengers during check-in and boarding process: you will be responsible for helping passengers check in their luggage, issue boarding passes, and guide them through security procedures.

2. handle baggage: you will ensure that passengers' luggage is safely loaded and unloaded from the aircraft, as well as help passengers with any lost or damaged baggage inquiries.

3. provide customer service: you will assist passengers with any queries or concerns they may have, as well as provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other airport services.

4. maintain cleanliness and organization: you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the airport terminal and boarding gates.

5. comply with safety regulations: you will ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed to maintain a safe environment for passengers and staff.
