responsibilities:

1. oversee the day-to-day operations of the airline ramp, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

2. coordinate with airline staff and ground crew to ensure smooth and timely aircraft turnaround.

3. supervise and train ramp agents to ensure they follow proper procedures and adhere to safety regulations.

4. monitor and maintain equipment used on the ramp, such as baggage conveyors, fuel trucks, and deicing vehicles.
