3. manage reservations: handle ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades as requested by customers while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
4. coordinate with airlines: communicate with airlines to check seat availability, confirm reservations, resolve booking issues, and coordinate special requests for customers.
5. handle payment transactions: process payments for ticket bookings, issue invoices, and provide receipts to customers while adhering to established payment procedures.
6. maintain records: keep accurate records of all ticketing transactions, customer information, and payment details in the system for future reference and auditing purposes.
