1. process ticket bookings: responsible for booking air tickets for customers based on their requirements and preferences. ensure accuracy in details and adherence to airline guidelines.
2. provide customer service: assist customers with inquiries related to ticket bookings, flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other travel-related queries. address customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions.
3. manage reservations: handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications to existing bookings. coordinate with airlines to make necessary changes and ensure timely communication with customers.
4. issue tickets: generate and issue electronic or physical tickets to customers after confirming their bookings. verify payment details and provide receipts as required.
5. coordinate with airlines: communicate with airlines to check availability, confirm bookings, resolve issues, and coordinate special requests on behalf of customers.
