Job Description

financial record keeping: managing and maintaining accurate financial records, including the general ledger, journal entries, and all supporting documents.

transaction processing: handling accounts payable and accounts receivable. this involves processing vendor invoices, preparing payments, and ensuring the timely collection of customer payments.

financial reporting: preparing and analyzing key financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. they also generate regular reports for management to assist with business planning and decision-making.

bank reconciliation: performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all company financial records are in alignment with bank statements.

tax and compliance: preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and national financial regulations.

budgeting and forecasting: assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitoring performance against these targets.

audit support: assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and information.
