Greetings from Irisidea!!

We are looking for a high-performing Sales professional to help us sell Qualitia products , meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. Ideal experience level would be 13 years to 18 years . Maximum CTC we can offer for this role is up to 50LPA ( Break up would be 60% fixed and 40% variable or 70% fixed and 30 % variable which would be decided at final stage) .

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop & execute the sales and marketing strategy for products.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Coordinate with the Technical Manager.

Should maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Expectations:

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Understanding of Software testing market or product.

Should have experience in selling IT products
