Make and receive phone calls to our prospective clients and convert them to buy our online courses.

• Build long lasting relationship and rapport with the clients

• Follow up properly and update records

• Maintain clients data and do data analysis

• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

• Go the - Extra mile - to meet sales target and facilitate future sales

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

• actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities.
