Build long lasting relationship and rapport with the clients

Follow up properly and update records

Maintain clients data and do data analysis

Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

Go the - Extra mile - to meet sales target and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities.
