We are hiring a Technical Operations Executive for one of our leading ecommerce clients.

Position description :

- To be in charge of a cluster of interconnected stores and to ensure their availability and uptime.

- To be responsible for solving all technical issues in time according to predefined SLAs

- Prepare activity report on support activities

- Escalate problems to other departments as needed

- Self-directed, able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple service requests at a time under high pressure and challenging situations

- Advanced IOT, technical and network connectivity trouble shooting skills

- May supervise and train less experienced staff or team member

- Ability to work overtime if the issue is not resolved in time

- Other duties as assigned

- Good team player and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities :
