Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer (Civil) to design, plan, and oversee the construction of infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural analysis, materials science, and construction methods to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other civil structures.

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.

Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Utilize structural design software (., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000) and CAD tools.

Review and approve design calculations, material specifications, and reports.

Monitor project progress and address any structural issues that arise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards licensure.

[28+] years of structural engineering experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software.

Strong knowledge of building codes (., ACI, AISC, IS Codes, Eurocodes).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale infrastructure or high-rise projects.

Knowledge of seismic and wind load design.

Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices.

Experience in project estimation and budgeting.
