A. Job Profile for Software Engineer and Sr Software Engineer

1. Requirements analysis . Understanding the business area and user requirements

2. Study and understand the existing programs for Web-based IT project

3. Performing program design, coding and development within the project scope and specified time schedules

4. Developing PHP backend code for pre-created site storyboards in HTML

5. Good experience in PHP scripting for dynamic pages; Web Application Development using PHP 5/7.

6. Fine tuning and optimization of PHP code.

7. Designing and Maintaining MySQL databases and tables

8. Core functions and classes development

9. Hosting and implementation of the system on a web server

10. Implement functions based on corresponding Use Cases and Prototypes

11. Performing unit and integration testing

12. Producing documentation based on the company's standards.

13. Active participation in database structure development

14. Effective coordination with team members

15. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

16. Coordinating with the QA team to resolve bugs

C. Desirables:

1. PHP, Any PHP MVC Framework (Laravel, Codegniter, Zend, CakePHP) at least one DB knowledge like MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle etc., Apache, HTML, Java Script, XML, XSL, AJAX, LAMP/XAMPP (Required)

2. If the person has hands-on experience with some language other than PHP like Java etc., would be preferred.

3. If the person has hands-on experience with some CRM applications like (vTiger, SugarCRM, SuiteCRM) and CMS etc. would be preferred.

4. Web services XML/SOAP, JSON & Restful APIs

5. Knowledge of HTML 4 & 5, CSS 3 & any JavaScript framework.

6. Ability to reasonably estimate development time for Applications.

7. Working knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and techniques using PHP

8. Ability to learn new tools and technologies
